Andrew Millett is a practicing physical therapist in the field of orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy.  He helps to bridge the gap between physical therapy and strength and conditioning.  By evaluating and treating his clients using multiple lenses, such as the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), etc., the main goal for all of his clients are for them to move and feel better and to keep their body functioning at highest levels.

Andrew has first hand experience with the physical therapy process after suffering 2 ACL tears/reconstructions as an athlete and fully understands what it takes, personally and professionally, to get back to performing at a high level.

Jared Packer serves as a physical therapist at Move Strong Physical Therapy LLC, operating through CSP. His interest in Strength & Conditioning led him to coach at CSP Florida in 2014. Jared went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy studies at the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA. Having been sidelined in the past with elbow fractures and debilitating neck/back injuries, he understands and enjoys helping people return to the activities they love. Jared is a Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Massachusetts, certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and certified to perform dry needling through Kinetacore Functional Dry Needling.

Jared is always looking for fun ways to stay active, and has a newfound love of rock climbing and martial arts. He enjoys sports of all kinds, and will never turn down a challenge on the ping pong table. Outside of work, Jared can be found attempting to sing and play his guitar, or playing board games with his wife and friends.
